IT Project Score Cards (Is it time to lower the bar?)

Due to the current economic conditions, many positions have been eliminated. This often results in the remaining Project Managers and project team members picking up much larger work loads.

Due to increased work loads, is it time to consider lowering our project performance expectations a bit?
Has anyone seen any recent IT industry trends concerning realignment (raising or lowering of the bar) on IT Project Score Cards?
