COMPANY BRIEF:
Our client is a Global Industry Leader with over 30 years of experience in designing and installing state-of-the-art custom engineered factory automation and systems integration solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Electronics, and Consumer Goods Industries. Their client base includes the world’s most visible and successful manufacturing companies. With facilities located in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, this position is based in an attractive area in the Midwest. Relocation is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Project Manager will be responsible for driving internal cross functional teams in sales, engineering and production, and externally with customers and third party vendors. Projects will range in size and scope from $500K to Multimillion Dollar projects. Travel to vendor sites for FAT and customer sites will be required.

This Project Manager position will challenge and stimulate creativity and will lead to personal and professional growth and satisfaction. Our client’s size and reputation affords them the ability to be highly selective in their hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years of project management experience addressing the skill sets outlined in the job description above. In addition, PMP Certification, a BSME or BSEE degree and a successful track record for managing complete project life cycle on time and budget will be required. To be considered for this position you will have to demonstrate the ability to shepherd a project from inception to completion, manage people, process and scope creep. Self motivated, detail orientated, exceptional organizational skills, and highly focused individuals are the only acceptable personality profile for this position.
